I would suggest you to not settle for only 45 link list ...
I curently have 100 on my database and my goals is 200... And you may also want to mix 2-3 large linklists with 6-7 smaller ones on the same page ... The bigger ones will list you anyway and you'll sure increase your chances with the smaller ones (they just love to see their reciprocals on the same page with the "big guys") The smaller link lists may not send you so much traffic but it supposed to be better quality traffic (for the reason that those surfers haven's seen yet so much free porn)... It's just my 2 cents ...
