Well, cancelling IS better than a chargeback because she's ugly.
Secondly, I'd suggest having (if possible), a rotating section of "Coming Soon" models that contains anywhere from 5-10 models. When one is added, the list moves up and you add another to the bottom of the list. Chances are, they'll find someone on that list worth sticking around for. |
