You could get more specific answers on skills needed if we know how much you would like to do yourself, how much you will outsource, etc.

I don't use cyburwurx yet, but I hear many good things about them and they are probably my next host. Just remember that with hosting(and alot of other stuff), you get what you pay for.

I don't use any processors either, ccbill is seen alot though, I think there might be only 3 or so.

If you have never sold online or done html you might want to start with some newbie courses to just get your feet wet with the business.
