Only one thing should say ENTER on the warning page.

I have dumb intoxicated surfers who have a very hard time mousing with one hand holding a beer and the other hand holding their cock so they tend to click on the first thing that says ENTER and if they are taken to a paysite instead of free nasty pics then they get all pissed off and there is nothing worse then a dumb drunk being mad at you, especially in America where any moron can own a gun.

Sometimes if it is really small on a regular size horizontal banner I'll ignore it but yours is huge and blinking and right in my face when I open your site. In fact I was going to decline it for ENTER being above the recips when I realized that it wasn't even the ENTER to the site.
