Hey guys...both sites came up for me, but Adultgatekeeper came up really slow. And I'm on broadband. Your second site came up quiker though.
Your host might be experiencing some attacks of some kind (?) My host went through that last week and my sites acted the same way. I could FTP and all that, but my sites took a nose dive for a few minutes or more.
