I just realized it's a paysite.....I thought it was a TGP. Now the 19 new sales is looking even worse - in fact I'd be suicidal at 19 sales. Especially with having to buy content and stuff.

Anyway as the owner of several small paysites my advice is the following:

1. You don't have to have an affiliate program to have a paysite, but are there webmaster friends that you know who might promote your site for you? Give them 50% revshare or something and that will promote sales. You don't have to have a whole sponsor program, just ask friends if they'll put some links up for 50%.

2. Submit free sites and galleries promoting your paysite. I think 80% of my income comes from me promoting myself.

3. Buy paid listings promoting your site. Top listings on The Hun or even smaller TGPs will bring in some nice $$.
