Just to kinda update this a little. I have submitted 2 sites using 16 recips and have been accepted pretty good everywhere.
Only one reviewer has noticed so far and he did accept my site, but made a note in the email that I was using too many recips. Im using banners or text boxes not text links. I like using 16 but Ill probably trim it back to 12 or so just to be on the safe side. Cheers all
