If I have 2 doamin and 2 mails can I submit 2 freesites per day?

In case you haven't figured it out, sarcasm seems to running rampant in here.

The answer to your question is quite simple:

Whether you have 1 domain, or a thousand, 1 email or a thousand, get into the habit of submitting a site/day.

Why?

1. There are probably so many sites being submitted every single day, more than one submission would make it chaotic at best.

2. Almost all of the big guys I've talked to want DAILY submission from us smaller guys. Its a good habit of doing it daily.

3. Building relationships takes time and effort and appealing sites too!
