I don't know.. I went to their website and can't figure out why you'd pay these guys to design anything. Their site kinda sucks... and I couldn't find any type of portfolio anywhere. I wish you luck getting your money back, but it may not be worth the costs of a lawsuit to get back a couple grand.

I will clarify it in short. Teleteria was into us for 6400.00 for 3 custom web sites with a remaining balance of 2900.00. When we saw the content[meaning images and video's] we refuse the sites.
we were always reassured by Mr.Servidio that we would be pleased and that's why they have the guarantee that no one else has.
Once we refused the sites and wanted them to honor the 100% money back guarantee 'NO QUESTIONS ASKED", Mr. Servidio became verbally abusive,threatened my wife and told us we would never see our money again.
I ran a chargeback to visa for the $4400.00 they had already removed from our credit card and they had a check for $2000.00 we had sent them.
Visa credited our account after all the rebuttles, we checked back several times to confirm this. i then went on the boards to proclaim our win against teleteria....then out of the blue the charged our account $4400.00 again.
I demanded to have the check sent back to us and the only way we got that back was I threatened Mr. Servidio I would go to the IRS, as he had us make the check out in his name and not teleteria's. he then sent the check out to us and kept the $4400.00 and we never received any product for the money teleteria took from us. We paid for the design and should receive the design with all model releases,templates,coding and any type of copyright that goes with ownership. The domain name and the content belong to teleteria.

It is a matter of principal here....I feel the sites would be usless, but still want my product.
