All of them are hosted at Advanced Hosters. Even if domains are added through a script, it's fairly easy to filter them out, IF you really want to.

and somebody here mentioned that "drunk mom and son's friend" also unacceptable. it may be unacceptable. but it's not illeagel as long as mom and son's friend are over 18
