My sales have gone from "relatively small" to "absolute bugger all" since they changed their way of doing business. Shame really because Kara's was always a good site. I was having a good read of their webmaster forums as well and people are f*****g LIVID about the changes! It makes quit good reading, quite amusing, if it wasn't so obviously costing you money!
