The judge yesterday threw out the petition for those who's application was thrown away to re-register, saying it was on the voter to know if their application had been processed.

The Registrar of voters here told her in open court it wouldn't be an issue to have them come in on monday to re-register, but since the evidence was only 5 applications, 1 was unsigned, 2 were already registered previously, the only 2 that counted weren't enough to show cause.

I guess if GWB wins NV by 2 votes, maybe she'll think there is cause, tho i doubt it.

The weird part was in the morning when she was hearing the cases she was sympathic and was having the VR outline his plan to assist these voters but by the afternoon she was 180 degree turnaround.
