Well, when one looks at the front page, you have a neat graphic that draws the eye. That is good. However, it draws the eye to your free galleries and not your sponsor. That is bad.

You are distracting from your ad copy with that in a big way.

That second banner has "ENTER" on it. Not good. Only enter should be your link to your gallery.

I know Cleo rejected my 2nd free site due to that and I never use any gaphics with ENTER on the entrance page.

I'm getting some scroll in mozilla with the browser sized at 800 wide.

Don't sell the free galleries, sell the sponsor.

Use that highlight graphic around a banner with text links instead of the galleries.

Text...much bigger and much more contrast.

On your main page you have put that big text to your galleries right smack in the middle and it draws my eye right to the free stuff.

YOU WANT TO SELL THE SPONSOR, NOT YOUR GALLERIES.

Why put those big thumbs (almost pic size) there flanking your gallery links??

Waste of bandwidth and totally draws my eye to your galleries instead of those small ads.

You need to reverse your thinking. You're in design mode- not sales mode.

The way you are highlighting your content- do that for your sponsor!

This is too generic. You need to sell it.

Delete those two pictures you have there.

At least double the text size up top.

Pick opposite colors to surround your ads. You have 2 seconds to grab someone's attention.
