I dunno if this is still on anyones mind but mine, but here is something I found regardless in reply to DangerDave asking about which LLs want 2257 info on site
XXX Porntastic and Pervlist are 2 that I see have 2257 requirement in submit rules. Dunno if it is enforced, but the rule is there. Im looking at it right now at xxxporntastic so i think Im a little bit more accurate this post lol  Cheers
