This makes perfect sense and explains the recent influx of submissions hosted on known bad hosts, littered with very poor english/blind links and promoting sponsors that if not known, are easily recognizable by their content/style.

Also, makes a case for inhibiting trades/listings of those sites and the link lists supporting them.

They seem rather like a virus seeking inroads.
