If you upgrade to wordpress 2.6 today, be forewarned that the xmlrpc interface is disabled by default now. If you use any remote publishing tools you have to re-enable it. Also, if you use IE7, a few tickets came in regarding that -- appears to be a wordpress issue -- 2.6.1 should resolve that. Clear cookies to remove the authentication problem after upgrade.

If you are going to upgrade wordpress, do 1 of your less active blogs first and perhaps wait a day or two to let the others shake out the bugs first. Had one client upgrade their flagship blog which broke badly with their tags & category links.

Good Tuesday Everyone

We're home - Emmy & BlueBrit are on the way back home now as they decided they needed to travel another 3 hours after a 4 hour flight

I totaled up our money last night when we were packing & this is the 1st time since our initial visit to Vegas in 1999 that we came up with MORE money than we left with. We've broke even 2 or 3 times (up/down a bit) but it's fucking nice to have some money left over that I won't be putting away for the next trip

Big pile of mail here - some are even checks

Other than that, there'll probably be an update on LOR tonight after midnight.

Finally reached home after being away for 2 weeks.

Had a great time in Vegas - meeting up with old friends and made new ones this trip!

Thanks to everyone BlueBrit and I met - you made our trip to Vegas the highlight of the year (I suspect Aug 8th & 16th will surpass this)

Greenie and the Bitch always make my trips worthwhile... I didnt win any money in the casino- just donated, but i was happy for them that they won big

only place i got lucky was at bingo (and my hotel room)
