This is not what you want to hear but...the site is worth what you can get for it.

What can it make??? It truly has the potential of making $20k/month with tender loving care.

So, what is it worth??? Say you work it as hard as you can and make the $20k/month. That would make it worth $240k in just one year.

New TGPs are very hard to make work. Fortunately, MommaBIG has been a TGP/Link List for almost 4 years. It has a PR rating of 5 and gets a lot of submissions each day.
