Thumbs up New action aimed at phishing

I'm sure everyone on this board has gotten these. The carpenter that is doing work for me got all his accounts wiped out by a phishing scam.

Fight against phishing moves to a new level

Oh man.. I get a few of these everyday from Ebay and PayPal .. and they are just getting better and better. And the ones about my bank account.. those are good too.. Suntrust and another one... I didn't even know I banked there! (I don't)

I always report them and never click a link unless I can verify it first - if I dont know it, I dont click it. If you mouseover the link in your email, you can see the url .. or do a view source of your email and you can look for it there. If its not linked directly to the site of the company sending it (the real one) then dont click it.

Bla Bla Bla thats my two cents.. haha.

But seriously.. watch out for the Ebay and PayPal ones.

I swear there is a whole potential industry teaching people to IGNORE THEIR FREAKING EMAIL!

It is the source of most viruses, most crap, and most scams.

Stop reading email. You will be MUCH MUCH MUCH happier.
