LL Owners, Opinions Please

Doing reviews today I came across this submission. It was submitted as Pay w/Free trial with a username and password for me to review, but I haven't seen this type of setup in the past. I should mention that I do list paysites if a review user/pass are given on submit.

It seems almost like AVS, but not quite. Behind the password protection there are a couple pages with banners and about 48 thumbs/pics, but it only asks for an email address before access is granted.

Three questions:

1) anyone run across this before?

2) is this just another AVS model that feels a little different?

3) would you list this type of site?

First of all, I dont list pay sites, the following is just my point of view....
...yes HentaiKey sounds as such a kind of niched AVS ...but with a twist, they seems to work collecting an email address, as free email memberships does. This free email memberships programs opens their members areas "for free" when you bring them your valid email address, they send there the confirmation email, and when you confirm that you bring this email address, you automatically accept to receive porn in your email from this program...this is called "double optin" and cover their asses from a spam complaint ...then they will send "free porn" to this email address once or twice a day...with 80% adds...till you buy something).
If the site follow my rules, I would have no doubts to list it...

if you have a no blind links rule then that site should not be listed, the whole main page looks like a gallery and is gonna piss a lot of surfers off when they click an image and get a join page instead

Thats the only thing that bugs me is all the thumbs being linked to the join page.
