Cheater?

I just noticed a link partner has category trades coded in an unusual manner. All the link trades are in the  tags. They do show on the page, but from what I remember that is a rem type statement. Right?

So makes me wonder do those links get discounted by the SE's because of the way it is coded? They wouldn't really get counted as links?

Just odd and makes me wonder.

use a spider simulator and see if it picks em up.
