Hi SlickRick,

What you should have done was simply remove her from your site and not responded to that letter.

There is no law that says you have to return someone's correspondence, even if it did come by registered mail.

That would leave the cunt with no choice but to launch a lawsuit against you, which I highly doubt she would do.

Firstly, it's been going on for four years without her knowing so how could she have been damaged ? Secondly, I don't think she wants to be affiliated with adult content in a professional way and is reluctant to take this to the next step.

That letter didn't seem menacing at all, just forget about it and don't respond to anything else they send you.

Slick,
Is that company still doing business? If it is just get the new COR info if not then she is SOL. I would just annotate that she was the last COR on record, and no further info is obtainable since the company no longer exists. or just put the company as the COR.
