mOrr1 and bluemoney,
he and his brother (there is another one, not built to that extreme but handsome too) played football since they were 7-8, both got full football scholarships to college and have worked out since they were kids.
Ben has fluctuated from heavy to less heavy but in the past year discovered a passion for training that I think was always there. He works a day job from around 6 am till around 4 pm then goes to the gym till about 10 at night daily and spends weekends training or riding his bike (he didnt get a Harley but a Honda..ughh..). I don't think he does roids because the contests are supposed to be clean and I think they get tested.
I think he found something he really enjoys doing and I hope he runs with it, you know?
This being his very first ever competition has him a bit astounded and excited to go to the nationals. But I did tell him there will be some pretty hefty competition and be ready to work hard and long cause it may not happen this time. But he does look great, doesn't he?

I think so Amber. Hopefully he will stay “natural”. I believe that muscle definition and symmetry are key in bodybuilding, along with a great stage presence and a routine that will allow his personality to connect with an audience and judges JMHO. Best of luck to him.

PS. Great looking site you have there, I can see where he gets his work ethic from.
