These are English literate webmasters with English literate clients. Call it a cultural bias if you like, but it's bad for business if a business person distributes a low quality product to his/her clients.

There are European webmasters on this forum who do business with people like Greenie, and UselessWarrior, just fine. I doubt they're all native English speakers, but they are very English literate.

Well, I have to admit, a good UW flame is entertaining. He is very good at stringing together a series of insults and criticisms in a way that's both eloquently direct and passionatly expressive way.
