Well after two days of craft fair / bake sale and eating more sweets then i've had in years, I now weigh more then before I started. I feel hung over from the sweets, so time to get back at it. This is the story of my dieting life. 181.5.

After last weekend and my birthday, I'm finally back to 240.5 when I weighed myself this morning, I'll start taking pics again once I get to losing more weight, haha. I think I'm gonna do pretty good from here on out, I think I can lose 10 pounds this week.

Better photo but back to 210 lbs again, and that's after taking a bicycle ride this morning to the new Big Pine Key Park which just opened this month after years of construction.

I'll get some other shots on future rides since there's a lot there but here are three pics including one of the exercise stations along the walking/bike trails. The park is literally 2 blocks from my house so I'm running out of reasons not to get more exercise now that it's open. Of course making all the exercise stations out of metal pipe and painting them dark blue wasn't so smart considering how much hot sun we get everyday here.

Yep, that's most definitely one of the signs of being a local here...sandal tan lines on the feet. No one wears real shoes very much (if ever) and barefoot is mostly for when we're inside at home. Locals are always the ones in the shade when everyone else is trying to 'get some sun' but no matter how much we hide from it the tan happens and we get the lines (unless we want to hang out on one of the nude beaches).

Well I'm back down to my start weight of 180. Now I just have to lose more. We went for a walk and I think I sweated off a pound of water, it was hot, lol.

Well the reason I haven't posted my weight for the last few days is because, the scale I have only goes to 380 lbs. So I really have no idea how much I weigh, so the quest for a new scale is on well one big enough LOL
