A week, and running every day but one, and I appear to have gained two pounds - scale says 296.
Fuck. Hopefully next week will be better. More calorie control needed. |

I need to recharge batteries to take photo but it's still 89,4kg.
Thank for clarification on soda. Getting good water its not a problem here. We have huge variety of mineral waters including curative ones. Well... Greenie, won't be weighing in again until Sun, this craft fair will have me running early the next few days. Hopefully more progress by then, but not holding my breath since getting good food at this fair is hard, lol. Good luck all between now and then.

It looks like maybe 209 instead of 210 but that's probably due to sleeping in a little and not having a big breakfast. I'm sure it'll be back to the usual 210 soon.
