He claims to be a good businessman but isn't having some sort of people skills also part of business?

He calls people he gets pissed off at pedophiles, he is an admitted drug addict and an all round asshole. With affiliate programs going out of business these days, do you really want to put your eggs in that basket? Not me...

Thanks for posting that. I think I recall reading that before. As for me it just makes me laugh. But I don't recall all the drama word for word. I do remember it was harsh on both sides.

I will say, if Trey never did jump in and give or at least have one of his people try to make things right with you then he should have. I am in no way saying Trey is the innocent in this. I'm saying the people who promote him are and the people who submit to you are. And that you're basically making the rest of us pay for your issues no matter how justified they may be. You're making your problems my problems and until I at least get dinner and a movie from either one of you I don't want the burden lol

As I said before, it's your site and you can run it any way you want. It's just that where is it really getting you? Has it helped your bottom line at all?

I think that it's great he paid after all of that. Imagine if he took it like you did and held a grudge. But, no, he didn't. Business is business, you earned the money and you were paid for it. Then he gets banned. Sounds fair to me.

You mentioned something about bring up old news. I agree, it is old and it does suck when people keep bringing up the past. But, can you blame you them? Some of your loyal submitters still have issue with it and wish that you would take the high road and let it go.


On a side note. Thanks for not flaming me. This thread was linked from my board and after reading it I felt a rant coming on. I couldn't help myself. I have rant issues. They control me. I try to stop myself but I just can't. Besides, it gave me a great excuse to jump in here and start posting. I've meant to a 1000 times before and just hadn't yet. Actually I posted here once before but I guess it got deleted with the board issues you mentioned, it was a while ago.

Well Dave, unfortunately that's what I heard. I can only go by what I hear since I didn't see it first hand.....I know, you can't always rely on what you hear.

But as it was told to me....GG had a fight with Trey and then he sent out a bulletin over the LL owner newswire to start banning Epic Cash. (of course that is a sarcastic joke).....but I was told by a few LL that they ban Epic because of GG....perhaps yours is not included, but they do exist.

I never disputed that fact. I stated it many times. I even said if I was in the same situation, that I would probably do the same thing.

I'm sure a lot of "innocent" webmasters use new windows & consoles, but I won't list your site if you use them.

Everyone adjusts their own marketing policies based on the other site that they are hoping to get lsited with - you have to do certain things so that SE's list you. You have to do certain things so that TGP's will list your galleries. You have to do certain things so that Link Lists will list your free sites - this just happens to be one of those "certain things" when it comes to me listing your site.

Who cares about those darn submitters any ways. I think you should take it a step further and just go ahead make a list of approved sponsors and only list them. This way we don't have to learn to read your mind and guess who else you like and don't like. Maybe make a list while you're at it of hosts you like and content producers, site designers and browsers we can all use when viewing your sites. That'll show'em because damn it your site!

I have to agree with all of this. No matter what you do someone is gonna complain about it. I think you run a great site, it's been around forever it seems, it was one of the first adult sites I saw on the net. I listen to every thing you say as almost gospel. I think this whole thing has been the only time I've ever disagreed with something you did. Not too bad in my book.

Just to set the record straight, I didn't ban them because of what happened to GG. In fact, I didn't even read the thread.

They were very unprofessional in the way that they dealt with me personally, that's why I don't list their stuff any more.

I came onto the board right around that time I remember it but not a whole lot.

For me this is a two sided issue, I run Tgp's.... Not link lists and I have never actually "Banned" certain sponsors but I never took the content because it was super over used old shit, im sure I could have been called out on it a million times, but it was my board so I listed what I felt comfortable listing.

On the flip side I own an Affiliate program, I wouldnt put myself at the level of attitude as PD, because he's unique and the fact is he says whatever the fuck he wants to whoever he wants and really doesnt give a shit. I respect that because I will say being semi-active on baords like I am makes me an easy target for someone taking a shot, if anyone knows me I dont hold back and say whatever I want as well.

The reality of this entire thing is that it is Greenguy's site, he can do whatever he likes (which everyone clearly understands), im not a big fan of hey let me ban someone because you did so everyone that followed GG because of his rightful choice Im not sure I respect that, in the case where I felt like I was pissed on I would probably ban as well.

Either way the rules need to be followed, kinda like when your Gas light comes on, you have 1 of 2 choices, get gas or run out of gas. It's pretty cut and dry.

I have no problem as a submitted with people who dont accept sites based on whom I am promoting as long as it says so in their rules. But on the other hand, some LL's dont list you because you have a recip to a LL who they dont like, but its not in their rules page... thats whats retarded.
