Jay and I have worked out the problem (all you drama enthusiasts read this thread)

For those of you that know Jay or me really well, you know that we are both stand-up guys who are good to our word. We have both spent a significant amount of time helping other people and we both follow good, ethical business practices.

So how is it that 2 different, stand-up guys who used to work together develope such a problem with each other? Three reasons 1) both of us made some silly, stupid mistakes 2) both of us have our ego and pride and (most importantly) 3) we're big competitors.

We spent the last half hour on the phone trying to figure out how all of this happened AND how to find a solution. Since we know we're both smart competitors, we check out each other's pages, and of course we will see what works for the other person. And both of us have modelled work after the other.

I think damage has been done to both of our reputations, and that is unfortunate. But I also think that Jay has suffered an unfair amount of damage from all this debauchery, and for that I am sorry. For what it's worth, I once again consider Jay a reputable person with which to do business.

And while we are both competitors, we are also now allies. In the future we will be working together more intensively on projects that will be mutually beneficial to both of us.

And to everyone else on GG & Jim, sorry to end all of the fun drama, but a peaceful resolution has been found. I will be deleting the controvesial threads as peace reigns once again
