I don't have time these days to offer a lot of help personally, but I'll do something that bDok mentioned and increase the payout percentage for our affiliate program for those who probably need it the most.

Here's the deal. Our revshare program starts at the usual 50/50 partnership with the percentages going to 55/45 once someone hits $1k in sales and to 60/40 at $2k in sales. Obviously, those bonus levels can be hard to hit if you don't have lots of good fetish traffic, or if you're relatively new to the business.

So between now and midnight on Christmas day, any webmaster on our 50/50 partnership program can send me a PM and I'll set your percentage to be a permanent 60/40 on all signups forever, regardless of how many signups you send. Just mention this offer in the PM and I'll get your account modified for you.

Tek once again I'd like to congratulate you on starting this thread. It has even got me back into the xmas spirit

I might as well post as to what I would like in the spirit of this thread. I normally dont ask for much but here goes.

Alot of people are offering free one way links. Thats great but what I would really like are some hard link trades (index or cat) that I normally wouldn't be able to get because I haven't been on the board that long or the PR of my site is low. Simple you link to me I link to you. Being able to start building a reputation would be the greatest boost any one could get.

The site is my hub (which is beginning to evolve into a linklist, eventually). It only has a PR of 1 but is fed traffic from about 40 freesites(which I will be listing on this site this week) and gets a little search engine traffic and some bookmarkers. This is the site:

I assume you're trying to rotate ads on different spots on your sites(s), but you need the ads to fit the real estate.

OpenAds will do that for 'ya, although it's far from simple. You can set up you niches as "advertisers", set up your sponsors as "campaigns", then set up zones for each banner size. You do need MySQL running on your server, but most hosts have that. You can also set it up on one domains and serve ads on all your other domains from there. Best of all, it's free.

If you want to go that route I'll give you a hand setting it up. I'm running it on 4 different hosts so I know it fairly well.

Spaceman - thanks. I actually have a rotator script written in php, that was given to me by another webmaster. Its a simple script and it calls the banners based on size (he has it set for each specific size with a few changes to the script) example where I want 120x60 banners to appear I place the banners_120 . php and where I want the 468x68 banners I place the banners_468 . php, etc. The only problem I see with that is that if I add a new sponsor, or remove a sponsor etc I have to then go in and edit the DB - am I making any sense?

BTW - I am not against learning and working with OpenAds at all.
