She was a great woman, Jim, and it'll never get better. But you know she does not want you sitting around doing nothing all day. So man up & let me know if your workload from the 20th is complete

Afternoon all

It's been nearly 8 years since my father died and the only thing i can say is, you never get over stuff like this, you just learn to live with it and as for reasons to carry on, we just do because that's what the people we lose want us to do and in some small way doing exactly that does help out.

As people have said, in time life does appear normal again.

Good Morning All.

Jim, my father has has been gone almost 8 years now, it still grabs me at times, but the times are much farther apart then they were. I'm so sorry for what you are going through.

Jim, you might want to see if your health plan offers grief counseling. I'ved used therapy a few tough times in my life, and it can really help. Sometimes just going to a group therapy session, where people are going through the same pain as you are, helps you all lean on each other to get through. And some one-on-one help with a therapist can also help.

There isn't any quick fix, but the symptoms you are talking about I'd say you should seek out some help. You know your wife wouldn't want you making yourself sick over her loss. Depression is somtimes really hard to fight on your own, and if you are drugging yourself the way you are, you could be taking too much and making it worse. Just my 2 cents.

Morning..
Payroll day so i'll be working all day. Sad to hear about George Carlin. We are watching Dogma as I type this.

My ex-bunkie wants to be a camhoe so we are in the process of helping build her a studio to cam from and hopefully her new webcam will be in the mail today. She takes awesome pictures so i'm pretty sure if she sticks with it, she'll be successful.

Have a good one.. and try to enjoy the dawg days of summer.

|Jim Posting is a step toward normalcy. As was stated, it never goes away, it only gets less painful but you are still in the 5 stages of grief. Work though them first.

I worked a bit yesterday, all the while kicking one shin with the other leg's foot for deciding to make changes to every category page that can't be done with a simple search & replace
Thats an issue which i have with stuveltjes porn since the day i started that linksite, thats also the reason why the damn site isnt finish yet, so many cats and all need to be done by hand...i will never do that again!!!!!

I am still tired of that party weekend, but tomorrow i have to go to the tattoo shop again, i know i mentioned last time on this board that i would go there and yep i was there but i couldnt deside what tattoo i wanted, so after checking for an hour i deside i give them "free hand" so i lett them make me a nice woman wrist tattoo with the initials of my hubby and kids.
But in the meantime i am getting scared as shit because the whole bunch of my fam and friends where talking to me how much pain i get and bla bla bla....i have sucha bunch of nice friends......i curse them all now, on this moment i am checking for info in google how to take care of your tattoo after placing it, yes i know the shop will tell me also, but things have bin changed the last year about taking care of your tattoo and i am getting realy confused of what i can find on the net about it, so many different info.

Oke i have bin babling enough now and i am gonna watch some movies now , no soccer this eve on the telly!
I wish you all a great day and eve

Good afternoon folks,

Pretty warm weather here today and it's supposed to get even better tomorrow.
I'm pretty tired after falling asleep at 9 last night and waking up at 1am and couldn't get back to sleep. Watched some National Geographic until I had to get up at 6am. Damn those American prisons really help youngsters get on the right track again... not

Good to see you back here Jim

Afternoon everyone.

Glad to see you starting the day post off |Jim.

So been plugging away on stuff. Some times it just takes 5 times the amount of time when you are doing something that is just mind numbing boring. I just finally got through it. whew.

Now on to some other data entry things but at least that's a kinda of rhythm I can get into.

One more day and then going to take a couple days vacation with the lady.

Have a good day everyone.

Cheers,
B

New here, don't know the details here, but obviously you're in grief and that sucks. We've been going through the same thing in our family and it does get better, but it just takes time, sometimes a lot of time. People pretend that you're just supposed to bounce back, but it doesn't happen that fast. I like to tell people not to let themselves get hungry, lonely or tired, as that just makes a bad situation worse. Tired sounds like a problem right now, but lonely and hungry can be cured with a couple phone calls. Hang in there.
