I missed it two weeks ago and the first half of this week's episode.

What happened to Sahid? I saw a part where a girl was hurting him, but don't know the details of it.

Has the "monster" been back?

So, it looks like there are other people there - right?

I'm so LOST since I missed these episodes.

If I was ever in that situation, and had an ass like Rom on there, no doubt in my mind he would be beaten and beaten and beaten, I get so pissed thinking about it lol, sign of a good actor and great writing.

Yes there are others on the island, the monster did show up, but still you just heard it. We now know for sure at least 2 people who were not on the plane are on the island.

Sounds like you have missed 2 shows, it was not on last week.

Damn, this keeps getting better.

Now we have to wait at least 2 weeks for a new episode.... dammit I hate when they repeat in mid season.

I thought they'd have some balls and kill the character off.

The reaction wasn't really correct when they learned they weren't alone and one of their people were strung up to die.

Dude coming back to life was pure melodrama.

I watch 'cos I think they're making it up as they go along.

Where have the polar bears been lately?

The better question is, when are they going to show Kate in her panties again?

That did happen, right? That isn't just something I fantasized about? She's tight! Or, as Goldmember would say, 'she's toight'.

How’s it any different from a man in a wheel chair being able to walk after a plane crash?

It goes with the story that the Island is "different"

I was thinking the same thing. Even if the guy could walk, he wouldn't be able to because of atrophy. I don't think I am going to watch it anymore.

It is not a type of show that I would normally watch, no aliens or science stuff, but my house guest is into it so I watched it with her.

I found it pretty boring until they found a metal hatch in the ground and then it peaked my curiosity but then it ended.

So much for my Lost experience.

Of course the guy had to come back to life because of the patient that died in Jack's flashback. Maybe this will now make him more "human" showing some feelings. I guess we'll see if Jack was the cause of his father's death because he "told on him" about messing up the operation. I seem to recall that the dad drank himself to death or a car accident or something to do with drinking.

So that Ethan guy is probably the polar bear that changes back and forth - note the "superhuman" strength when kicking Jack's ass.

If not, I think the polar bears won a wild wacky trivia trip on the Regis Lee and Kelly Lee show and are spending 7 nights 12 days all-inclusive at the fantastic Polar Princess Paradise Hotel in beautiful downtown Westchestertonfieldville.

I think the metal plate is the door that opens the vault that Geraldo will do a live shot from revealing the secret to getting off of Gilligan's Island. Just my opinion, I could be wrong!

I didn't really see how the dude coming back was related to the 'magic island'.

They didn't play magic island music or anything.

They haven't really established any rules for the reality of the island.

But that's ok because ya never know how supernatural they will get or what they can do.

Like Jim stated- I didn't get why the crippled dude wasn't in total shock and telling everyone he could suddenly walk.

It's sorta like a long Twilight Zone show...I hope they try to stay towards the smart end of the spectrum though.

I didn’t see "super human" strength, I saw a guy trained to fight vs a Dr who had no clue how to fight.

Everything in this show has to do with the "super natural" the psychic got her the plane ticket, something about her baby being "special" (I took that as in special to the world not just to the mother) The polar bear may have been part of the shipwreck so I do not think too much on that. The "giant" and "the others" intrigue me far more, and how they hung Charlie so high in a tree.

As for Lock not telling anyone he can now walk, I thought of that as well, and I think it’s part of he wished he was a Colonel, not stuck in a wheelchair, he wanted respect to be who he wanted to be, so when he woke up and realized he could walk, not knowing anyone, he could be exactly who he wanted to be. It’s like moving to a place where no one knows you and instead of acting how you always have, reinventing yourself.

I'm hooked!

Compared to myself, who couldn't fight her way out of a wet paper bag, anyone has superhuman strength!

Hell, the cat is stronger than me!

They are actually re-showing the entire series in a row, next new episode will be mid February, so if you missed it, now is the time to watch it.

I think just the 1st 2 hours, but they'll have plenty of repeats of it and I'm sure the 1st season DVD isn't so far off.

I'm telling ya, they're all dead! That island is some sort of purgatory and they're just working out their personal demons.

http://www.tvtome.com/Lost/index.html#news

"Starting December 15th, the show will rerun from the Pilot (in full), and continue down the line until the target date of February. From there, they'll start with Episode 11 called "Whatever The Case May Be" and finish out the season on time in May with however many episodes they decide to finish off the season with."

I hope they keep 24 on Tuesday nights so these two shows don't run against each other.

We need to start a 24 thread when it starts up again.

Have a good weekend all.

Well, we did get the now gratuitous 'Kate in panties' shot. Otherwise, no real highlights.
