If you just could have tried not to get your high and mighty attitudes in here we would have submitted our sites to those that send e-mails, been rejected, fixed whatever needed to be fixed and re submitted them.

You know, this entire thread could have been averted if you would have asked why the site(s) didn't get listed (like I ask people to do in the 1 email that I do send) instead of trying to influence a lot of Link List owners into changing their procedures to suit your needs.

I wanna make this clear I have never met Dare either and I rarely speak to him

I know him to be a honest and upstanding webmaster

so his site doesnt get a lot of traffic, thats no reason to put him down
maybe it wasnt my buisness but I just couldnt let it go.

and I knew that as soon as Adult Traffic didnt get listed on Tommys it would be a pissing match on a board

I dont think that webmasters should be blacklisted for what they say on boards and it is an abuse to do something like that .........

well lets see you would need the reason for rejection and there could be hundreds of reasons. Then you have to deal with the replys and the resubmits

he acts like he puts a recip up and the waters should part cause he sends 1 hit a day

in one listing at Tommys he would get 5 to 10 thousand hits

so from one site he profited 5 thousand percent on the link trade
when you look at it that way does it really matter if he has recips on 5 other sites

Well, I just keep hearing excuses as to why you guys don't send out rejection e-mails...I'm too busy and all that, so automated, even if it's an e-amil saying " I just don't like your site" to everyone that is rejected would be better than nothing.

And I guess the traffic doesn't matter to you, the 1000 hits a day or whatever, that because it's not being taken FROM you. If the shoe was on the other foot though......

So what if I offended you or anyone else...big stinking deal, it's a chat board. And what makes you think your hits are any better than a small link list owners hits? Are you that superior to the rest of them?

I am not wrong, we were looking for FAIR....if you are a linklist owner that isn't fair, then I don't care if you are offended.

BTW, we are honest people. If your traffic was good we'd say so and if it was bad, well, if anyone asked, we'd tell them our expierience with it, including what we could have done to make it better. That is how honest people do things.....

I have NEVER submitted anything to you. It is totally obvious that this is pretty much an exclusive link list club you've got going.

As far as the LL that said they run their business fair and square, we will submit to them, if they reject us, atleast we'll know.

'I' do think that rejecting and not letting the webmaster know is not an honest way to do things....whether it's 1000 hits or 10 hits going to a recip that isn't running your site.

Lizzie, I started building and submitting free sites not that long ago when I was unknown here. My very first free site was accepted all over the place, not due to cronyism, but because I read and followed the simple rules.

This is isn't a club, it's a community. Remember how we all stood together in outing SponsorChat? You were part of that. TheButcher was doing things that violated the values of this community and insulting its members. This thread has become the same thing. If you insult a member of this community, you shouldn't be surprised if its other members rally in support of their own.

And don't tell me that I don't understand and that I should re-read the thread. You should have backed off and regrouped as soon as you noticed most of us were insulted.
