Error msg, what does it mean?
I just set up some new domains and uploaded index pages. All but one propagated within minutes and are available on the net (at least from where I live).
But one returns this error msg.: error id: "bad_httpd_conf" Any Idea what it means?

Me fail English? That's unpossible!

I'm guessing something is messed up in your httpd.conf file for that particular domain.

httpd.conf is a configuration file used by apache (the web server). If there is an error with it, the server may not run or a certain site may not work. Sounds like some high level software in use for the interface you see is passing along an indication of an error involing this. If you don't understand this, you probably need to contact your host. They'll know.

mhm it's obvious that it has something to do with httpd.conf but after searching Google seems it's a Dreamhost specific error

That would be spot on. Why am I not surprized? Anyways, it corrected itself after a few hours. Thanks for the replies guys.
