Re-categorize posts or not?
When I first started The Kinkster I had no idea where it would go, so I just put all the "kinky" stuff in a General Kink category. In hindsight that probably wasn't such a good idea, since it now contains everything from foot fetish to pissing and bondage.
I want to create a bunch of new categories and move old posts appropriately, but I'm afraid that will mess things up with the SEs and whatnot. So my question is this: Can I do this safely or should I let old posts stay where they are and assign new posts to the proper categories?

Now why didn't I think of that? The simplest solution is often the best. Thanks!

Walrus has also pointed out the value of tags in other posts as well. I think he even proposed a non-category, all tag driven blog too.
Seemed like an interesting idea to me.
