Well, no fancy shmancy big city digital scale or any kind of many-many-megapixel camera here (or even enough light in the bathroom it seems), but you can put me down at about 210 from what I can see.

(Why does the weight change when you bend down to take a pic?
I get about half-a-pound lighter.)

my goal would be to get down to 125lbs i would LOVE 120lbs but to be realistic 125 works for me.

Ok, at this moment I oficially weigh 90,3 kg and that would be 198.66 lbs but from what I've seen wieght may differ up to 2-3 kgs (4-6lbs) during the day so I belive it would be fair to do first (and each following) weight check in the morning

Wondering how you have your monitor calibrated... I had to open your image in Photoshop just to be able to see anything beyond the outlines of your toes.
