Our new hosted blog and RSS feed - I'm thrilled

OK, so I've done a spammy post in the announcements forum about our new For The Girls blog but I wanted to come to the blogging forum and say a couple of things.

Mainly I want to thank Useless Warrior for his help in getting it all up and running. This guy knows his stuff and made it very easy for me to make it happen.

Also a thanks to Walrus and all the other people here. I searched the forum extensively in an attempt to work out what the hell I was doing and it was very useful.

I'll be doing the majority of the posts and if there's something specific you want to see, please let me know.

I've been able to make the RSS feed customisable by creating categories so that you can choose to use only naked men photos, couples photos or just the text-based posts. This means the feeds aren't restricted to use on women only blogs.

I originally decided to do this because of the 2257 stuff. I'm planning on using mostly softcore photos in the blog but the laws are so mental it's impossible to decide what's really softcore so I just figured text was the way to go.

I made up an FAQ page about using RSS feeds. It's really hard to try and summarise what the whole thing is about... and when you're a newbie it makes no sense at all. But I hope it will be a bit useful.

LOL Walrus, there's not much to say, I'm being a bit spammy I must admit. Although as I said, this forum was what I used to work out RSS feeds.

I did this just as an experiment because I'd never set up a feed like this. How simple. :-) I'm using FeedWordPress and it was nothing to set up. I still have to figure out why the category didn't work, but no big deal. I'm just glad I got it going. lol

Great feeds, been waiting for something like this for a while as feeds in this niche are in short demand, well besides yours I think there are none.
