He has tried to submit a bunch of sites to me but there has been somethinhg wrong with all of them so thankfully I have declined them

he is on my blacklist already for years, he is the one who has always his title of his page linked to a sponsor and he has always a "." behind his title on his free sites, btw there are more who do that.. the "." behind the title and linked the title to a sponsor, just keep your eye on it
