cheaters ?

Ok.. at first I would like to say I'm not accusing anyone but the data I collected looks suspicious for me and just wanted to acquire comments of other LL owners and if possible owners.. so...
Lately I got bunch of submits with strange colour of my recip.. you would say chill out dude but additionally root of domains (mostly 403, 404 or something like that) and whois smells fishy...

Vadim Fedorov runs a program (I believe) and allows webmasters (mostly russian) to use various domains for posting galleries and free sites. These webmasters do not own the domains.

http://www.ismightier.com/voyeur/gallery11/index.html that one submit all the time sites where he linked the title to an sponsor so i blacklisted him, the rest i have to think about...late here and already 16 hours on the net

I try not to ban but well I guess I have my first candidates

Maybe if some real submitters want to start send me sites
