Not looking good for Florida

Ivan is totally crazy! It is speeding up like a beast!

Friday, it was at 40mph.
Saturday, it went to 60mph
Sunday morning, it was at 85mph
Just updated at category 3! 115mph sustained winds with gusts up to 140mph!!

Holy shit.

My buddy bought a house outside Orlando...he closes on it Sept 24th.

After this season Floriida has to only have the stongest trees, signs, stoplights, because all the weak stuff will get blown down.

Everyone will be very experienced with dealing with major hurricanes.

Must look at the "silver lining" in all this crap.

The silver lining is that I have insurance and if Broward county is declared a disaster area I can get a low cost loan. So insurance money along with a loan and I'm thinking new roof, new kitchen, new baths, and new flooring.

Hehe.

And people wondered why you had those large trees planted near your house a couple days before the storm...

..in very shallow holes.

Be safe and get ready for the next one!

Plant those trees and evacuate!
