It's a good thing that it is raining, but man this weather makes me .

Been working a bit, and I also had a nap.
Tonight is another concert, this time it's The Smile, a band with Thom Yorke and Johnny Greenwood from Radiohead, and Tom Skinner from something else. Really looking forward too :-D

Good day

Been busy and forgot to pop by lately. Been working as usual trying to get shit done before I go away Thursday afternoon to Portugal for 10 days |

If you haven't heard, Ottawa south got HAMMERED with a fierce wind storm Saturday with power out all over the place, trees down, it's crazy out there. Half a mile from my place a neighborhood is devastated by downed power lines and trees lining the streets. Cars with power poles laying on them in front of a mall, total chaos. My friends (Jimmy and Derek who Greenie knows) are still without power and they live about 8 miles apart but luckily, we didn't lose power at all

If you didn't venture more than 3 blocks from my house you wouldn't even know there was damage other than the lineup at every gas station there is, plus Tim Horton's since no one can make coffee at home, but I can

That's great to hear. They're playing in London next week (when I will happen to be in town), but both shows are sold out.

I checked out their album. I'm about half through it. It's soft sounding in nature, with a ton of influence from Thom Yorke.

It's an album that grows a lot too, at least it did for me :-)
