Oh, the weather! I guess that can apply to so many things this week. We are approaching Kaamos - the polar winter night, when the sun doesn't really rise above the horizon until the end of January. Thankfully, it isn't as dramatic here in the southern part of the country, but we still have less than 8 hours of sunlight daily now. It matches my mood... I know Jolly goes through this, but I am learning that the older you get, the less Vitamin D helps. Odd, but even at this time of year, there is a year-long waiting list for mental health services. So, I guess I am on my own.

As to the US... I feel for you. I hope everyone possible voted (I did register and apply to vote, but never received my absentee ballot. I am guessing my county doesn't do overseas except for military). No matter what the outcome, please work with it. If you don't like the results, you can elect someone new the next time, hopefully.
