Besides SEs, how does one get traffic to a blog?

Are there sites out there that link to blogs in exchange for a link back or not?

most linklists will link to blogs. and in theory you try to link with other blogs.

there is a kind of sub-industry of the old freesite market that makes blogs for linking much like freesites.

You could submit blog posts to certain TGPs that accept them as well. Shemp and Tommys Bookmarks come to mind.

Google "adult blog submitter" and you will plenty of directories accepting blogs.
