Noob question about link lists
Hi,
No question too stupid right? lol, well here goes. If I wanted to change the sponsors I used on a link list site is that okay? I mean if I started with sponsor xyz.com and wanted to change to cde.com as my banner and text links would that be okay? Both sponsors, etc would fall within the rules of the link list, but if I wanted to experiment with new sponsors would this be allowed? I know TGP's put the disclaimer if anything changes on your site after submitting you get blacklisted and the blacklisted thing is something I don't want. Thanks in advance for answering a noob question. Mr. B |

Screw you, guys. I'm going home.

I suggest you just focus on next site and make sure its really good and not waste time corecting the old one... sometimes it take some time to get sales...

I want to set the record straight - I thought the cop was a prostitute
|
... But it's often better to keep the site fresh - I did it with my biggest site recently and the sales have increased by over 400% throughout.
IMHO, Mr ML is correct - Keep it within most link sites guide lines and you will be set |

I'm kind of experimenting with sponsors at the moment to see which ones convert, which ones appeal to me because of various reasons. It's just good to know you're not married to a sponsor once you submit a link.
Also, umm, the occassional errors occur. I recently submitted a page to tgp's, etc, but had inadvertently put an error in the code, but since there's so many warnings regarding changing pages after the fact I just left the error and took the little loss in potential sales. I have to admit each day when I see the stats and that page still getting 1k of hits a day it kind of annoys me, lol...but rather have that then getting blacklisted for correcting the linking code. |
