Epassporte Support

I am sick of waiting for the slow support at epassporte.

I cant create gift accounts.
I just see this txt when i try:
You cannot purchase a gift card at this time. Please contact customer service for more information.


Can someone please check if you are able to create one?
I first sendt them en email explaining the problem, than got a response back where they ask what amount i tried to open the gift account, and i replied the same again, that i dont even see the form where i enter the gift acount details.
Now i got an email back where they ask me to call their phone support.
And i did, and the nice man that talked to me wrote down the problem, and told me they will get back to me soon. Several days after the problem is still here

Hope to get it solved soon.




Why cant support handle more than one question per email?

I always get a reply that only answer one of my questions when i send mail to sponsors or other related companies related to this biz.

Only accounts opened via credit card can create giftaccounts.
If you opened the account yourself, please contact me with your account name and I will get someone to look into it.

Thier support leaves a lot to be desired.

I would think they are pretty large but their support feels like they run it from their living room.
