Exclamation Buggy Google Update

I see more of my pages indexed by Google, although I noticed Google making double entries for index pages.

In other words, for every index.html page I have, google created 2 listings, one that ends in "/" and another that ends with "/index.html." All the pages with "index.html" ending seems to be labelled as supplemental. In some cases, the page that was cached as "/" page is now gone, replaced by uncached "index.html" supplemental listing.

BTW, these particular pages are all static and I've made sure they html validate, contain unique content, they all have unique titles, keywords, and descriptions.

EDIT: Checking another domain, it looks like Google flagged all my listings that doesn't end with "/" as supplemental.
