Dead Hosted Free Sites?
Looking to see if anyone has compiled a list of the hosted free site providers that have gone away in the last year???
So far I know of : hfslinks.com massivefreesites (Massive Dollars) ipornos.com (PMB) hostedsites.info freesexpromo.com (Sunnydollars) purelypamela.com stiffycash.com (links dont redirect to new program) This of course doesnt include the thousands of former LLs and free sites that have decided to redirect to livejasmin and other traffic schemes |

There has been a lot and I've been deleting them as my bot catches them but unfortunately I haven't keep a list of the domains.

Man,i didn't know about massivefreesites (Massive Dollars), when did that happen? I don't recall any email or notification about it? Thanks for the infos..

I just asked about the Massive Dollars stuff on their support board. Pimproll took over Massive last year so I'm hoping they didn't drop the hosted free sites intentionally. I guess we'll know when they reply.

Simon - I sent an email to them and didnt get a response, and it seems the domain is parked/expired so I dont think the free sites are coming back - at least with that domain. I also checked their admin area and there are no hosted free sites listed that I could see??

You may be right, Linkster, I don't have any reply on my question so far either.
I did look for hosted free sites in the promo tools before I posted my question on their board though, and did find them available in that section for maybe 12 or 15 of their paysites. I saw they were all hosted on massivefreesites.com then I looked at their board and saw that PR_Brian had replied to a problem about hosted galleries on 12/29. So I figured I'd try asking there and see what happens. Now that I look again, it did take Brian 12 days to respond to the hosted galleries problems post.

Simon - those hosted free sites you see available were not there yesterday - and trying them today they are all dead.
Yesterday when I first tried them the domain itself was going to a parking page. Maybe they got one of my emails or saw this thread and are trying to resurrect it although its possible the DNS hasnt finished propagating |

Also noted that the hosted free sites that reappeared today are not the ones I was missing anyway LOL - the bangamidget and wankmywood are the two sites where I had a lot of hfs's listed - but I guess since they arent even answering their icqs either they will just have to get pulled

Just so you know, we are currently working on getting the hosted free sites back up and running as soon as we can. They seemed to have gotten lost in the mix during a server change recently so should be an easy fix.
As for getting a hold of me, i was messaged at 5:30 pm on a friday night... I work 9 to 5 est 5 days a week here. I try to come online here and there during the weekend to work out any emergencies but I am absolutely not available 24/7. The emails I received weren't even 24 hours old as I don't normally do email support for Massive Dollars.

Hit Man - thank you for your reply - could you point us to the right person to talk to when we have issues with Massive Dollars? I saw that the support board was kinda dead with responses taking a little longer than most here expected - and since most of us deal with hosted free sites - it would be good to know who to turn to when there are issues?
