Hardlinks from pages with under 30 outgoing links
I don't care what the page PR is now, as long as the page is crawlable. I am looking for ontopic exchanges with pages that have under 30 undergoing links on them (and plan on keeping it that way). I will give links from links pages and expect the same. Prefer non-directly reciprocal exchanges.
