Wake up to the sound of drums

Baard Kolstad would like to wake you up this morning. The kid owns the streets of Oslo.

He's good, never around when I walk the streets of Oslo.

But best drummer in Norway? Phahaaa. Come on, he wouldn't be sitting there, then ;-)

You think so? The Washington Post did an experiment with Joshua Bell, one of the USA's greatest violinists.

Even though this guy isn't 'World Class', I would say in a few years Bryson Andres might have some potential.

Don't get me wrong, I just think it's a very subjective statement made by the friend who recorded/uploaded it.

Top World Class musicians would more often than not, *never* dare to stand on a pavement and perform.
I have huge respect for "street-musicians", tons of them knows shit, but they do dare to do it.

Tried it myself, it's one of those things you do that easily wets your pants out.

And the boy? He's good. But I'm a musician, I know my stuff.
He ain't *that* good.

But he sure have a future and he has experience in something most musicians don't. Street-performances.

So he has my full respect and the best wishes for eternity.
