Finally made it back to the gym yesterday. Only did half my normal workout but it's a start.
Today is mostly going to be a work day but I do need to go see my doctor to get my rat poison levels checked. My doctor is only a few miles from our house so I may ride my bicycle there. Guess this means it's time to get out of bed... |

I managed to sleep really well all night until 9-something this morning. That's a wonderful thing. So I'm feeling good this morning. I'm working on some writing, then I need to work on my neighbor's bathroom a little more.

The Bitch is off from work today, so I think we might try to sneak out & go see a movie. She's been on a serious Slurpee kick & they have a rewards system, so we earned 2 free movie tix Until then, it's work for me as well as still wondering how Fonz is doing on RDR... |

Not much happening in this part of the world these days. Did some demolition today also made a nice dinner, at least the gf said it was really nice and now it's time to play a bit with our little son. My life is exciting! Anyway, have a good day all. |
