Been up since before sunrise due to Christy getting ready for insanely early yoga at LA Fitness. I'll also be going to LA Fitness for a workout but it will be sometime this afternoon after a few more cups of coffee and a Red Bull.
Other than going to the gym today just a day of work planned along with grocery shopping this evening. I really wish our cats would learn how to make coffee in the morning... |

Good morning. I can't seem to wake up today. It must have been the carbs after 8pm last night.
Mainstream work is what I've had on my plate lately so there is more of that today. Later, I am going to hop on the elliptical and watch a bit of TV. Read an interesting thread at GFY about the owner of JMBSoft. Seems he was arrested for buying sex and he's now AWOL. Sucks to be him. Have a great day! Found out my dog has a mast cell tumor in his eye. Removal surgery is next week.
 So I'm a little bummed lately. |

Afternoon
 We grabbed some food at Wendy's last night & within an hour, I was extremely sick & laying in bed. 17 hours in bed & multiple bathroom trips later  I feel sorta normal   Gonna work for as long as I can & then watch some baseball & football. |
