TripleXXX.Info Eats All Its Bandwidth
Well its a good thing I get up early in the am. I had ordered a doubling of our bandwidth last week (to over 60 GB) and thought it was taken care of.
Sometime on Sunday in the am hours our host choked us on bandwidth and I'm dealing with that now. Just wanted to explain and apoligize to anyone/everyone for the delay. Especially since we've got a ton of freesites and galleries waiting in the approve dbase of so many of you. Thanxxx The Big Cheese |

Ya, sure is when you're looking at it fresh 60 times a minute too. I just got an email back saying they restored ops and bw but it was the wrong domain that had no probs to begin with
 Hopefully not more than another half hour tops... hopefully! |

Its also just clear that they won't be able to take the kind of traffic we're going to be pouring into it so this bw buy should last to the end of the year and we'll have to move to a dedicated anyway. Still leaving a few domains there too. Anyways TripleXXX.Info is up and making the dounuts again.  |

Wow... Triplexxx.Info bumps to the minor leagues.
In the continuing bandwidth saga, though I had doubled our bw I had already again blown through that before the payment even cleared. We had been submitting pretty solidly for about three weeks so had a lots of sites in the backlog. Seeing the surge in traffic growth 1000 times the month before is pretty exhilarating but of course you do the "bandwidth panic"... how to accomodate and not loose it. Our solution after another bw upgrade was looking like it still wouldn't be enough was to move servers to a dedicated ip with a 250gb monthly bandwidth ready to go (did choose a member host). This should be enough to take us to the end of the year. The server move went pretty smoothly with no hiccups but submits were shut for the last day. Submits will be open again this afternoon and no partner account is required and we are getting great overflow traffic to the list so submit your sites to us and come get some! |
